New season! The guy in 2nd made a boneheaded double jeopardy wager. It was the last clue and he had $10,800 to the leader's $20,000. He should have either
wagered <$800 if he felt uncomfortable with the category or >$9,200 if he felt he'd get it. Instead he wagered $1,000, just about the most
nonsensical bet possible. Sure enough he missed the question and then it was FJ with no chance for him to catch up.
How can anyone be so good with trivia but so bad at basic math? Sad times. |

Yeah, that was painful to watch. He sucked major in the JEOPARDY round though. I like the champion. He'll probably lose today cuz I like him.
