Posts: 280 (10/13/09 6:01 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Russell and Erik made it look like cake. It should be a LOT more difficult in my opinion. Either make the clues more vague (The idols are ALWAYS in a damned tree!) or get rid of them permanently, though they do provide entertaining TCs once in a blue moon (Randy/Edgardo/Ozzy/Jason/James boot).

Also it seems that ever since they've made them easier to find, different kinds of people have had a chance to get their hands on it as opposed to only Terry types.

Posts: 2261 (10/13/09 3:24 PM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Amusingly (and possibly ironically) enough, I always thought the HII in Guatemala must've been the hardest to find as a result of the vague-ness of the clue, and the fact most people weren't even aware of it not being on the ground. Then after that, possibly EI, I dunno. Certainl;y not the re-hidden ones.

Yeah your immune but you also don't know what is going on. *You can sacrifice the Hidden Immunity for an extra vote at Tribal Council, or to break ties. stuff like that.

Hm, that seems more fair than what Survivor Israel 1 did for a short bit by having the Double Power winner make it so 2 people can't vote.

The idols were never played and we never heard about them again after the Brendan boot. The chance for the Exiled Survivor to mutiny was never taken, either. You would think that a producer would at least have put that idea into Sierra's head while she was on Exile or something, because that was a cool twist and I was definitely expecting someone to take advantage of it. As it stands, though, since all the Tocantins twists flopped, at least no one can bitch about "pure" seasons being entertaining. Tocantins was average but simply going back to 16 Survivors, a F2, and no tribe swaps wasn't the glorious revival that people hoped for.

Imagine if Ozyy got voted out, not because he didn't play his idol, but because he didn't have it on him. Would make for way more interesting TC's

Posts: 4680 (10/15/09 7:56 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	They're just easy to find because of all the idol-drama in Micronesia, which, regardless of how you feel about the hidden immunity idol in general, was pretty lol and shocking every time someone did or didn't use the idol.
