I never noticed last night how much plastic Joanna looks. Too much botox and an unfortunate lip implant

Gotta give it to Derek for pulling off the big ... finish. Kama Sutra at its best!

Blech.
I hate Derek and his muppet face, always mugging at the camera. |

I really used to like Derek but to me he seems like this cute little gay guy who is trying so damned hard to come off as hetero and into women that it puts me
off him. What happened to his sister this season?

and if you watch the set up to that move, you'll see Derek almost didn't make it--he did some fancy hopping before it finally happened.

That pic is hilarious. I love Derek. I can't stand his partner though, whatever her name is.
I don't know why everybody hates Aaron. I thought he deserved more than a 6. He was way better than that 2 stepping wrestling guy. |

I'm pissed at DWTS for even putting the two-step on the show. What's next, russian folk? Ugh, if this offs Chelsie or Lacey I'll be so sad =/ |

I actually do think the two-step is a fun dance, but it's not something that works on DWTS. They are in a glitzy/trashy ballroom setting, it's an odd
fit. Lacey's getup looked like she was lost on the way to a cowboy gangbang. I thought Chuck and Anna did come close to the spirit of the dance.
I think bolero is the one that had no business being on the show. It's rumba by another name, and it seemed to really throw Natalie and Alec off their game, which disappoints me because they're one of about three couples this season I actually enjoy. Does anyone really sense any sexual chemistry between Derek and Joanna? The judges were trying too hard. She seems cold and he's mainly sexy when he doesn't try to be. |

There was something definitely "off" about Natalie last night. She looked totall uncomfortable around Alec. I know they implied there was some
headbutting going on between those two, but I expected it to just be the normal fake-tension thing. But, after they danced, her body language totally made it
seem like she hated him.

I don't know what's going on there. Someone at the taping posted on TWOP (before the board went haywire -- they were probably melting down over Melissa
and Mark getting a 10) and said Natalie and Alec were the one couple who barely interacted with each other all night.
Toni Braxton and Alec also had a lot of tension which seemed to drag them down, along with her hesitancy. It sucks if some of this stuff ruins another potentially great pairing. There aren't a lot others this season. |

When they showed the clips of everyone talking about the new dance studios, she was the only one shown dancing alone and not interacting with anyone at all. |

I think you are right... There are good dancers, good choreographers and good teachers. Mark Ballas is a good teacher and Derek is a brilliant choreographer.
At this point in the season last year very few people would have predicted Shawn Johnson would have won. But the improvement every week. I see similar
progress w/Melissa. Karina is a good dancer, but her personality hurts her in the voting and you just don't see the progress. In fact, you see her peak
and then start to slide (especially this year). I think Blonde Anna is a good dancer, but needs to work on the other skills.

Melissa also lost, so the competition isn't just about being a good dancer.

LOL at the The View ladies coming down hard on the judges for their critique of Aaron and comparing his dancing to Gilles (Sheri pronounced it Jiles).

BTW I didnt care for Melissa either. I like to see the dancers struggle then get really good, which I hope is what happens to Kelly. |
