I'm telling you guys, little guys like that can tuck themselves in to the tiniest of spaces. I found my youngest sleeping in the back of our linen clost behind the quilts one day. He was playing hide and seek with his brother and he fell asleep back there. He'd been napping for a good hour before we found him, and I ran through the house at least 3 times, thinking I'd looked everywhere. I did look in the cabinet, but not on the bottom shelf behind the quilts. I've since learned that when you're looking for a child, you need to look at the area from the eyes of a child.

When I worked in retail, we were trained that when a child is missing, we need to look inside clothes racks. They said 90% of the time, they find the kid hiding inside a clothes rack where most adults would never think to look.

So basically you were trained about this kind of stuff (like you are about everything) and it still took you 3 times to find your own kid in your own house.

I'll have you know that I played hide and go seek when I was little and it never took me that long to find anyone!
