They may be the most boring team of this season but they are still far better than most teams from other ones like TK/Rachel, Kris & Jon, all of the cannon
fodder teams from all the other seasons...

Kris/Jon were boring yes, but they were HOT. I don't mind boring teams if they are at least attractive. Megan/Cheyne thankfully don't have the dirty
unwashed hippie look a la Tkunt/Rachel, but they are very very average-looking, and the editors think they are hot which is quite distressing (plz see
shirtless on the beach intro shot, with Cheyne's nonexistent abs)

Can't say they are über-interesting but they aren't THAT boring and seem to be very consistent in how they run the race.

LA mactor > Cali/Chill. If this is what the applicants are like, TAR16 needs to be solely recruits.
I think people are overrating how boring some of the previous cast were simply by virtue of not having seen the episodes in a while. Kris/Jon were bland in an incredibly OTT cast, but still had occasional moments like helping Meredith/Maria and their I Love Lucy joke. Megan/Cheyne have had literally nothing, unless you find them acting like a monkey during a task which told them to act like a monkey, to be the height of comedy. seem to be very consistent in how they run the race. Yay consistency!! What amazing TV that provides!! |

The whole Fast Forward scene was either one of the worst edited scenes ever to try make it seem dramatic or one of the most annoying things I ever seen. These 2 are boring beyond all hell and they tried to make it seem like they had some problems to overcome.

bitch is even boring when she is crying. that whole scene felt so scripted.
Snippet of conversation: Cheyne - "Megan gets upset when she is not in control" Megan - "I am crying because I do not have control" Cheyne finishes task Cheyne - "In the future Megan should learn how to not be in control" I was glad they got the fast forward b/c that meant they were off my screen in record time <3 |
