Big Brother Winner in Big Trouble

At least last season's Big Brother winner, Adam Jasinski, is used to being locked in a big house and under constant surveillance. Because it looks like there's a good chance he'll be spending a lot of time in a similar place in the future.

Jasinski, 31, was arrested Saturday for using his $500,000 in prize winnings to buy thousands of pills of the controlled painkiller Oxycodone, which he then attempted to resell, authorities said.

The Del Ray, Fla., resident reportedly confessed after trying to sell 2,000 of the pills to an undercover cop in Massachusetts.

According to a Drug Enforcement Agency affidavit, Jasinksi tried to resist arrest and dispose of evidence when he was taken down at a strip mall in North Reading, Mass. He later admitted to using the money he won on the reality show to become a drug merchant, peddling them along the East Coast since his victory, the affidavit said.

He faces up to 20 years in prison and $1 million in fines.

According to federal prosecutors, Jasinski was arrested at a strip mall on Saturday while he showed the witness a sock containing two plastic bags filled with the narcodic. As he fought the arrest, he threw the sock under a nearby parked car.

Because no one will find it there!

The douche faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine on a charge of possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.

Oh Brother! "Big Brother" Winner Busted for Selling Pills

Some would say you'd have to be on drugs to want to live with a house full of strangers and have your every moment videotaped for the world to watch and rate.

For South Florida resident Adam Jasinski, thriving in that scenario is what drove him to the drug game. Jasinski was arrested over the weekend in Boston after police claims he tried to sell a sock filled with 2,000 oxycodone pills to a DEA informant, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

Jasinski won the Big Brother 9 competition and the $500,000 prize that comes with it. But instead of using the money to further good will in the world or run up a tab on South Beach, the 31-year-old nicknamed "Baller" on the CBS show decided to invest in the pill pushing business, police allege the reality star admitted.

Maybe this was a calculated move to get on one of those troubled reality TV star shows that seem to be popular these days. We could see Jasinski on a desolate island with Balloon Boy's dad, Blago and Jon Gosselin.

Looks like Jasinski will get a chance to put his public relations skills to work again. The Delray Beach resident faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

AFFIDAVIT OF SPECIAL AGENT TODD F. PROUGH

I, Todd F. Prough, being duly sworn, depose and state as
follows:

1. I am a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement
Administration ("DEA") of the United States Department of
Justice, and have been so employed since 1997. I am
currently assigned to the Boston Field Division's Tactical
Diversion Squad in Worcester, Massachusetts. Prior to
joining the DEA, I was employed as a detective with the
Lycoming County District Attorney's Office in Lycoming
County, Pennsylvania, for approximately three years.
During my law enforcement career, I have received
specialized training regarding the activities of narcotics
traffickers, including the methods used to package, store,
and distribute narcotics, and the methods used by narcotics
traffickers to conceal and launder the proceeds of their
narcotics trafficking activities.

2. In addition to my training, I have had extensive
experience in the investigation of the activities of
narcotics traffickers. Since joining the DEA, I have
participated in numerous narcotics investigations as a case
agent and in a subsidiary role. I have debriefed more than
100 defendants, informants, and witnesses who had personal
knowledge about narcotics trafficking activities and the
operation of narcotics trafficking organizations. I
personally have participated in all aspects of narcotics
trafficking investigations, including conducting
surveillance, using confidential informants, acting in an
undercover capacity, and conducting court-authorized
interceptions of wire and electronic communications.
During my law enforcement career, I have also participated
in the preparation and/or execution of numerous search
warrants.

3. This affidavit is made in support of a criminal
complaint charging Adam JASINSKI with knowingly and
intentionally possessing with intent to distribute
oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation
of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a) (1).

4. This affidavit is based upon information I have gained
from my investigation, my training and experience, as well
as information from other law enforcement officers. Since
this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose
of securing an arrest warrant, I have not included each and
every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I
have set forth only the facts that I believe are necessary
to establish probable cause to show that Adam JASINSKI
possessed with intent to distribute oxycodone, a Schedule
II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United
States Code, Section 841 (a) (1) .

5. On or about October 8, 2009, a cooperating witness
(hereinafter "CW") and JASINSKI spoke on the telephone.
JASINSKI agreed to sell CW two thousand pills of oxycodone.
In a series of additional telephone calls, JASINSKI agreed
to fly to Massachusetts from his home in Florida on October
17, 2009 and to sell CW the pills. CW agreed to meet
JASINSKI at the airport and drive him to another location
to consummate the deal.

6. On October 17, 2009, under the direction and observation
of agents, CW met with JASINSKI at Logan International
Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. During the meeting,
which was observed by agents, JASINSKI entered CW's car and
CW began driving to a location in North Reading,
Massachusetts. During the drive, JASINSKI removed a sock
from his pelvic area. Inside the sock, JASINSKI showed CW
two plastic bags containing numerous small blue pills.

7. Shortly after arriving in North Reading, CW pulled into
a strip mall and parked the car. Agents then approached
the car and attempted to arrest JASINSKI. Agents removed
JASINSKI from the car. JASINSKI did not comply with verbal
commands and struggled with agents. During the struggle,
agents observed JASINSKI throw the white sock under an
adjacent parked car. Agents arrested JASINSKI and
retrieved the sock. Inside the sock agents found two
plastic bags containing numerous small blue pills, some
marked with a "30" on one side and an "M" on the other, and
some marked with a "215" on one side and an "A" on the
other. [Based upon my training and experience and my
involvement in this case, I believe these pills to be 30-mg
oxycodone pills. In particular, the markings, size, and coloring
of the seized pills are consistent with the markings, size, and
coloring of 30-mg oxycodone pills.]

8. After waiving his Miranda Rights, JASINSKI stated that
for the past several months he had been obtaining thousands
of pills of oxycodone and re-selling them to customers all
along the east coast. JASINSKI was able to purchase large
quantities of pills because he had received $500,000 as the
grand prize winner of the CBS reality television show "Big
Brother Season 9."

WHEREFORE, based upon my experience in this
investigation, I have probable cause to believe, and do so
believe, that Adam JASINSKI has committed violations of federal
law, including possession with intent to distribute
oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation
of 21 U.S.C B41 (a) (1) .

1. Unless otherwise noted, all telephone calls detailed herein were recorded. In addition, information previously provided by CW has led to the arrest of one other defendant before this Court for the distribution of oxycodone and CW's statement to agents regarding the activities in the instant investigation is consistent with the recordings and observations of agents.
2. Unless otherwise noted, during all meetings detailed herein, CW was equipped with a transmitting and/or recording device and the meetings were recorded. Also, prior to and following each meeting, CW was searched and found to possess no contraband or excessive monies.
