My guess is that in Russell's eyes, it'll take some Houdini magic to oust Liz, the person already outside of the core alliance.

I feel pretty confident Erik will be the next leader.
Maybe the "houdini magic" refers to the missing HII at Galu, when Russell (assuming he's the one sent, not Laura), is the only one with a clue. |
