Heck, Derek accidently cut some woman's artery last season and then went on some drunken binge and stopped going to work for weeks. He did that now--gone.... Ugh. Thank you for bringing that up and reminding me how annoyed I was with the preview for next week. "He's never doubted his abilities before..." Um really? Becuase I'm pretty sure that just happened in the second half of last season. So fucking annoying. So, how's Izzy going to come back? Is she going to fire a wrongful termination suit or something?

I imagine eventually the Chief will rehire her (if the cunty bitch wishes to remain on the show) but I can't really fathom why he would. What would a wrongful termination suit do? All they'd have to do is bring up LVAD gate and they would have to no reason to believe she was wrongfully fired, the fact that she killed another patient just recently is just icing on the cake. Izzie isn't the best of the interns and doesn't even excel at a specialty, the last time we saw her into any kind of specialty was neo-natal when Addison still worked at Seattle Grace. Her only strong suit was being the anti-Christina in terms of bedside manner and that's what got her in trouble most of the time. I guess we'll find out during sweeps on the very special Izzie centric episode what goes down with her. The only reason I want Izzie to come back though is because its killing Alex and I like Alex. Its obvious that Izzie leaving him is going to fuck him up real bad and jeopardize his career.

While she does deserve to be fired, a huge incentive to keep her is that she donated her million(s) from Denny's life insurance to create that clinic. Out of gratitude and debt, the Chief would be wise to hire Izzy back and have her work in the clinic only.

I am so glad that Kathrine Heigl (Izzie) decided to stick around, one of my absolute fave characters. Izzie is a in your face type of girl, LOVE HER<3 I love her relationship with Alex. Hands down my favorite couple, FUCK Mererdith and Derek, they have nothing on Izzie and Alex. NOTHING! I can't wait until Izzie and Alex have little babies lol. Christina is a mess, she is so about surgeries lol. Bailey is still a take no nonsense bitch, I fucking love her Mark is with Lexie and I don't approve, he will Always and I mean ALWAYS belong to Callie, I wanted them to be a couple so bad Which brings me to Callie, I still dont buy that she is a lesbian, I just don't. I must admit though, Sara Ramirez is doing a fantastic job this season, her performance when George died was sad as was when she was arguing with her father. I love some of the new peeps, Avery? HAWT! He better stick around. LOL

That reminds me--didn't the chief say that 3rd year Residents were allowed to specialize? It should be the 3rd year for Christina, Meredith and Alex now. Time for them to choose a speciality. (Ok, the only one that's up in the air is Alex, but still....)
