I think if you use the same avi as someone else, something REALLY bad should happen to you.
You know, karma? Maybe lose a limb or something like that. Unless they are doing it out of admiration. Then thats ok. But they should still be able to come here and post either way. |

I know of two posters that have the same avi, but they've likely never interacted
they just happen to like the same cartoon character most of mine belong to me, or have been altered by someone for me |

Yep. I was forced to change my Kris avatar during spring when several posters suddenly began to use it as well, and I was merely wondering if their actions
were allowed or if they could constitute legal action or not *shrug*

I remember someone on Sucks stole my Naissance des pieuvres/Water Lillies avi .
I did not get mad though cause I originally stole it from someone else on a film forum. Tis the same reason David Letterman could never publicly call out Jay Leno because he stole material from Steve Allen to begin with. |
