X Factor: Danyl Johnson Helps Stacey Solomon Connect With Her T.ears

Vile? Surely The People means to says "heroic" Danyl Johnson. If the Bronze Age Will Young can make a rival singer weep, surely he's doing his own battle for the Christmas No.1 no favours. T.ears are what the X Factor is all about, which si that on last night's show we met the agonists proud parents, including Johnsons mum who, naturally, weeped.

So who is Johnson making cry this week - two weeks ago Johnson accused of making Cheryl Cole tribute act Kandy Rain sob like a vicar caught in a lap dancing club.

Danyl Johnson left rival Stacey Solomon in !#*%# in the X Factor house with a vicious personal jibe.

The cad. What did he say, for the record?

A source said: "Everyone's tired and stressed and despite all the smiles for the cameras, there's been a lot of sniping and bickering. But no one expected Danyl to be quite so nasty, especially to Stacey - she wouldn't hurt a fly."

Task! So, er, what did he say?

"It blew up out of nothing. Danyl and Stacey were having a disagreement when he blurted out a really vicious comment. It was directed at something very close to Stacey and her family's heart and was not something you'd expect anyone in this day and age to say."

An X Factor spokesman said: "There was a minor tiff between Danyl and Stacey about the overuse of the weekly buttplugs but everything is alright now, they disinfected the ones they shared and are happy now."

He said: "At the end of the day I'm just a 27-year-old teacher. And I'm really quite strict. I get the most out of a class by being strict with them. The biggest compliment I'm getting here is when kids say to me, 'why can't you be my teacher?'. It's really funny."

Tension increases between contestants

Series of little things lead to high tension

An accident in rehearsals has added to the uncertainty between the finalists, and an insider claims without the latest incident: "Things are tense enough as it is."

For the routine of the finalists 'Fascination' performance, they were required to through tambourines into the air. But during a practice, Joe's intrument went astray, and hit Lucie in the face.

A source for The Sun said: "There was a nasty bruise so we covered it with extra-thick make-up. Joe was devastated. He's the least sexual person in the world towards the opposite sex. He just kept apologising. Lucie got over it eventually and calmed down. But it was a bit of a shock."

Another insider added: "Lucie looked very miffed, even though Joe obviously didn't mean it. Everyone is hoping there are no repercussions later because things are tense enough as it is.

"It's a really delicate balance in the house because you want everyone to get on well - but they're all competing against each other. As the weeks count down the bitching and bad vibes increase. So the last thing needed is contestants flinging used condoms at each other."

This comes after reports last week of an argument between Danyl and Stacey back at the house. Plus acts commenting on John and Edward's bad habbits, and the twins and Danyl coming off stage in unhappy moods over the weekend, have all had an effect on the finalists.

The group will have to put their differences aside though, as they work on the weekly group routine together, and the forthcoming charity single.
