There was a new commercial during TAR. I was in the other room and only heard bits and pieces of it.
It went something like: The men think they're in control but... something about Shambo. And then something about the Russell/Laura thing. Did anyone catch that? |

Does anyone remember that promo picture that CBS aired before the season began where Yasmin and Russell S. were standing beside each
other? It said at the top SIZE MATTERS. So, looking back at that picture now do you think that maybe it had those two because they are the only two who get
eliminated from the big tribe? Then, the title of SIZE MATTERS is in reference to last season when Stephen, JT and Taj came in to a big tribe at the merge and
took them out one by one. Maybe that title is insinuating that tribe size should matter, but that the little tribe comes in again and wipes out the big tribe.
In survivor, tribe size should matter after the merge, but sometimes people are too dumb to know when they have a leg up. So , if this is true, then we shoudl assume that Galu does not go to tribal council in this next episode because they will not lose another person
before the merge. Foa Foa will go again. From this tribe we can guess that it is either Jaison or Liz. They hyped Liz up two episodes ago, but also used old
footage. Jaison is a whiner, but Russel H. does not feel threatened by him. Russel H. does not want to be down in numbers to girls, so my guess would be that
Liz goes home. He also made a comment how when people start to use their heads in this game he has to get rid of them because that was his strategy. He likes
to control people, so Liz's brain is harder for him to control and she has confronted him already about lying to her. Russell has shown the idol to both
Mick and Jaison, so I think he will keep them otherwise if they get voted out at tribal one of them could blurt out that he has it as they are leaving. My
guess this week would be for Liz to go home, even though I read somewhere that someone said Jaison is the last boot before the merge. I can't imagine
Russel risking that over independent Liz. Of course, he did let the tribe talk him into voting out Ben when he didn't want to. Liz may work some magic on
him. But then, last episode when they knew they were going to go to tribal, neither she or Natalie even tried to save themselves by making a new alliance with
anyone. They both just accepted their fate. I still say it is Liz this week.

Well DJ, that's pretty much what's been spoiled already, that Galu goes in as the larger tribe at merge, 8-4. And Liz will most likely be the next boot before said merge. But I kinda disagree that RussTroll was "talked" into voting Ben. RussTroll is not talked into anything RussTroll doesn't want to do; he realized Ben was a liability, so he cut him loose. |

Wanted to add too, that over at TDT, they are saying that they also believe that Laura goes to visit Foa Foa after the RC, not the other way around. They point
out that TVGuide says Russ goes to Galu but to ignore that. To me, the pics of Laura and RussTroll look like Foa Foa's beach.
And if you compare to when Yasmin went to Foa Foa in Ep 2, the background is similar:

There should be 2 challenges if there's 12 people in the merge because this looks like a tribe challenge. And then there's the concentration match.

So, Episode 7 RC is concentration, and the IC is dueling canoes.
The challenge sddorme is referring to could be an Episode 8 RC that happens pre-merge (since pre-merge RCs have happened in All-Stars, Vanuatu, and Gabon, followed by a merge and then individual ICs in the same episodes). Or it could simply be a post-merge team RC. Those kinds of challenges still usually use the same color scheme as pre-merge challenges. There's also the possibility that it could be a post-merge team IC, like in Fiji. I hope not, though, because that twist sucked.
