And how will they split the profits?? Will Bryan let Michael keep it all again?

This season has become terribly predictable. It's like the judges choose their favorites in the first 2 episodes and then that's it, no one else has a
chance. Why even bother putting ordinary people on the show, if you're going to give all the high profile "James Beard Nominees" and Celebrity
Chef entourage chefs the wins right from the get go. Can't they discover a chef that hasn't already made it?

Cousin Oliver - when the pizza Fabio is promoting comes to Florida - i shall sit at my computer eating it slowly while
gazing upon a picture of Fabio and reading your fabiospeak. Heaven on earth! I still like the Volt bros and jen and big red this year. However, Bravo shall neverthey cast their eyes upon the likes of Fabio and Carla again. |

As if Top Chef didn't have enough spin-offs as it is, Bravo announced today that they're adding a pastry addition of Top Chef.
This could actually be a good idea though. |

To those defending Laurine: Y'all must have missed that part of WHY Jen's dish was a fail was that she forgot to tell Jen to fire the next course on
time. The flow and rhythm are everything in a successful kitchen, and Laurine completely failed. COMPLETELY. Not that Jen would have somehow been miraculously
fabulous otherwise, but Latrine's failure took the whole team down with her... and her own dish sucked... (and she did not insist on more cooking of the
lamb, which she should have done with her own dish if nobody else's).

Actually you have a point there, because Kevin specifically mentioned that what she call MR he called Rare. Kevin didn't challenge her judgment, however,
that was a correctable flaw in their meal. Had Laurine been a more charming Host she may have been able to entertain the judges between courses. Eli (who is
not Mr Personality) was a very capable and charming host.

Exactly. But Kevin did it the way LAtrine wanted it, so he trusted her judgment, I suppose. It was, after all, hers to or not (and Kevin was not Executive Chef
in the Kitchen, like the ReVolting Tyrant.

One note about Jennifer, and her sauce that was broken. I wonder if part of it is Laurine's fault. Sauce can be broken, if it cools down or changes
temperature. I could easily see the sauce being broken, because Laurine was not picking up place, so the food is just sitting for a while cooling down.

Sourdyke Jaime is still hoping for a certain spinoff to happen.

All of those Volt fotos are available on the internet - either at their restaurant websites or the Bravo site---- some fly by night is gonna get in trouble for
misappropriating their image

Her surprise to that note made me feel it was Latrine's poor serving skills that killed the sauce. As good at sauces as Jen is, I don't believe she would have sent it out like that. |

Top Chef: Just Desserts sounds really good. It's actually a spin-off that would make sense and work. Some people are just good with desserts and pastries
while some are just amazing with the general chef cooking. But I hope they don't take away from contestants on regular Top Chef if they can do desserts,
unless they completely eliminate the dessert portion for every challenge.
