Conscience doesn't mean shit when you don't want to end up dead. Ain't none of you ever had the wonderful opportunity to live in da hood??? Perhaps the Genovese/Bystander effect came into play but I doubt anyone is going to come forward. For sure the kids know who did it and the pics/videos are making the rounds. They'll probably track down the girl who called the popo and mess her up too.
The racial dynamics of the school is a valid issue as I read an article where the stats were broken down: majority Hispanic, 8% Asian, 3% Black and 2% White or summat. Of course they took her down cuz she was White. It was probably some sort of gang initiation anyhow.
