Supposedly in cancelling GL, ATWT has a stay of execution at least for one year. True, that's not a great sign, but supposedly it will be safe through the
summer of 2010.

Definitely a shame, but all the soaps are going eventually.
Not that quality/storylines matter in these decisions, but while I thought it was great this summer, it has been weak lately. I thought that the whole Holden/Lily debacle was terrible and is only now interesting, with Damien's twisted plot to ruin Meg. Janet/Liberty/Teri are unwatchable. And killing Brad to make him a ghost makes no sense to me, although I do like Henry and Simon getting more screen time. Ugh. I guess I'm finally done with daytime. |

I haven't watched in a few years but this sucks. I got hooked back in six grade when I was home from school with the flu and watched it with my mom. I give
it a few more years and I think all the soaps will be dead
