F U C K, I hate Richmond high and their massively gettho ass place full of thugs. I went to one of their rival schools and when we played them in football,

Actually, the fact she knows about Kitty Genovese probably says more about her age than it does her geographic roots. For people of my generation (I'm 44),
the Kitty Genovese case is kind of the ultimate example of people who knew something terrible was happening and did nothing.
