The Viveros Buff (and their flag) were definitely a green with a yellow tint, yet whenever a tribe member does a confessional, his name appears in a shade of green with a bit of minty touch to it. I'll see if I can post a pic. ETA: Picture - See the difference in color? I don't think this has ever happened to another tribe before. Even Exile Island's Wikipedia article featured Viveros as Forza Green... But well, this is unrelated to the topic. I think it's the buff color that we consider a tribe's "official" color.

In fact, the solid "main" color (by that I meant the more saturated, more abundant color - same goes to every other Buff with patterns) was not quite "pastel green"... Imagine this: ███ as the Buff's background color, with dense, detailed, almost tiny patterns of people rowing, in this color: ███, Combined with standard, non-high-def shooting, it is easy for the viewer to mistake the entire Buff as this color: ███ -- a pastel green, instead of the actual bright neon green. You can ask people who have that Buff for proof. Unless CBS started selling different colored Buffs... First-impressions wise, I never, ever would have thought that SEG would go for such a bright buff, decorated with even lighter pure white patterns the first time I saw it. It's the lightest of the green buffs (I'm not counting Maraamu or Ogakor though, because they're yellow-green). And the worst buff design goes to Pearl Islands. Orange and aqua are a terrible combination, black is a sucky buff color all around, the pattern is ugly and the band is uglier. Fiji and Micronesia are lousy too, but not on the grand scale of sucktitude that Pearl Islands' are.
