Absolutely loved this episode--best of the season for sure. One minor complaint though--Ted asked Marshall if he wanted to listen to Van Halen like old times.
But wasn't the Proclaimers tape stuck in the Fiero and the only thing they could listen to?
Tantrum reminded me of how much I miss Surge.

I always love the episodes where they make fun of Robin being Canadian and Canada in general. Awesome episode. And I think Barney/Robin suck together. I wanted
to see them together because I thought itd be funny, but now its annoying and they dont really have any chemistry.

This season still isn't doing it for me. Even the Canada tweaking seemed a little forced -- plus instead of being a brawl bar, The Hosers Lodge used to be
a place where they'd give you a donut if you pushed somebody.
At least while the lights were on. |

Barney is supposed to look hot. Otherwise he's not that great to look at. I never understood why people gain weight when they are in a relationship.
You'd think that people would want to look good for their girlfriends.

An okay episode. When Marshall and Ted shook hands, I got so excited for the return of THE SLAP BET!!! But wtf, it was over too quickly and it
didn't involve Barney, which meant it wasn't as good. Old couple bagpiping was awesome. I loved Barney picturing himself how him being in a
relationship with Lily would turn out. And for the first time this season, Robin/Barney combo didn't bother me too much.

It felt much more like a return to the glories of past seasons, with the slapbet just icing on the cake. I particularly like the multiple Marshall/Lilly fights
culminating in her The Shining voice freaking out Marshall.
Ted's warning about listening to Barney was fun too. Something about the overall tone just felt better. |

Cobie cleavage: always welcome. I wish I'd had a girlfriend who'd start undressing as soon as I got mad about a murdered tie. BTW, how awkward must it have been for Allison and NPH to suck face like that? And ETA: lurved Barney directing Lilly in the dreamworld lapdance.

I liked the episode because Robin/Barney fighting gave me a glimmer of hope that they may break up soon and the show will go back to being awesome.
I definitely loved all the Marshall/Lily stuff, and Ted warning Marshall was funny. But Ted really needs a story line this season, they haven't really had him do anything yet. |

Yeah T-Moze is totally a 5th wheel so far. Barney worked as that because he's such a big character but Ted does not carry it well.
Loved the Marshall/Lily stuff especialy poor Marhsall getting taken in by Barney's bad advice. Lily & Barney's make-out sessions were hilarious. |
