So is this a permanent ban on avatars for anyone that violated the rule? Because as soon as I saw that post on the avatars, I switched to a still picture of
Maggie Griffin that fit in the limits. Cause some people obviously made their avatars smaller to fit the rules and are seemingly safe from punishment, unless
I'm mistaken and they had been following the limits before.
