I loved this episode because it was pretty much all about Dee with a little bit of Charlie and Artemis. The whole bachelorette party scene was priceless,
especially Charlie's mom throwing the drink on Dee and exposing that the waitress slept with Frank

What I've been liking about this season is that the gang has usually been winning, as it were, at the end of each episode. Usually at least one person is
set up to fail, so it's nice to see that no matter how awful these people are, they can succeed.
Everything Dee did was hilarious. Just the opening scene where she was talking with the woman who worked at the boutique, and then her dialogue with the ex-boyfriend - "Oh yeah, I'm wearing this because I was getting married, but it didn't work out. The wedding is off." |

Is everyone who normally watches this series watching the World Series instead (since the Phillies are playing)?
I rented the first season on Netflix and really liked it much better when Danny DeVito wasn't part of the cast (I'm sure that's been said a million times already) but thought last nights episode was pretty funny in its over-the-top ridiculousness. The bird-men's choreographed entry into the ring was hysterical. Charlie is a great character. |

Stoked Up wrote:I agree that the episode was so over-the-top at points, but somehow it all worked. The Trash Man gimmick was simple and stupid, but it's one of the funniest thing I've seen on the show. I think Mac put it in perspective when he said, "No one wants to see a 60 year-old man eating garbage in the ring" and how absurd it was. |

I thought it was one of the best episodes in a loooong time. There were like 5 laugh-out-loud moments. I kinda wish I could put a Birds of War costume together
today for Halloween.

I just watched the last 2 episodes.
I thought the wrestling ep was the best one since season 3, I laughed out loud several times. And any episode where we get Artemis and Cricket is awesome. I loved Dee's desert rose plot line and how Cricket smashed the chair in her face, and Frank actually made me laugh for once with his garbage man stuff with the garbage eating and such. Last night's ep was pretty solid. Charlie's entire Kitten Mittens commercial was gold, he had great facial expressions and I loved how his illiteracy had him spell it "mittons" |

This was classic Philly - just enough Frank to not be annoying and the gang in fine form. Loved Charlie and Dee going to the lawyer. Dicktowel is hilarious.

This was the first episode this season I really didn't like...the D.E.N.N.I.S. system at the start was alright, but Dee's storyline kinda sucked and
the ending at the fair wasn't good at all.
I did like that Dee's boyfriend is still wearing the jean shorts Frank gave him though |
