Cop out. I'd much rather take the cash you spent on the gift card than the gift card itself, which confines me to a select store, or in the case of credit
card gift cards, select retailers who will even take it.

I know the people I give them to LOVE to receive them because they ask specifically for a gift card to whichever store, but then they give me random shit in
return when we all call each other like WHAT DOES MAWMAW WANT FOR CHRISTMAS WHAT DOES AUNTIE TEFF WANT FOR CHRISTMAS . Fuck you guys! This year you're all
getting baskets of crap that I got free or really really cheap with coupons and my leet shopping skills.
I think instead of trying to find shit my 8 and 11 year old niece and nephew want, they're gonna get a giftcard to some stupid trendy store like A&F. OMG I'm going to wrap up some shit RIGHT NOW. |

I once (just once!) mentioned to my in-laws that I like lululemon and they can get me a gift card from there. I was excited the first time they gave me one but
now it's been at least three years of getting lululemon gift cards from them. It's now very annoying. Show some originality or some freaking effort in
my gift, please. I always put efforts into there gifts. If this happens again this year, next time they are getting crappy gift cards from me. And from some
store they don't even like.

We had a Halloween costume contest at work (thank God I work from home so I don't have to see any if them). Anyway, the winners got gift cards from Burger
King. I mean like WTF? Can they at least give gift cards from Starbucks?
