i want to take a silkwood shower just for admitting this but i am kind of in love with this show. it's so absurd and astonishingly vapid and ripe for ridicule, i don't know why more sucksters aren't on board. that chelsea lately parody is so lit-rully on the money i'm going to die. rachel and her crew do this work that on one level might be slightly artistic, but in the overall grand scheme of things is pretty pointless, yet none of them can stand the overwhelming BURDEN. it's so amusing and i only wish i'd gotten into it last year. i've taken to using rachel's deadpan, sour, staccato speaking pattern and hyperbole whenever i want to annoy someone at work. (well, it makes ME laugh, what can i say.)
