Ok. I never paid much attention to Taylor Swift before, but is this girl absolutely adorable or what?! OMG. She's cute, funny, down to earth and she
seems like shes a lot of fun.
What a little cutester! |

T.R.A.A.A.P.D and Bunny Business were hysterical!

Looks like the secret to SNL success might be to only book musical guests to double host. Timberlake's episode last year was the only one that could be
remotely considered "good" and last night's was so far above anything else this season that it could easily have been a different show.

She doesn't, but she does need a boob job.

I'm predicting that by the end of the next decade, Abby Elliot will have starred in a string of hit romantic comedies. She has all the ingredients a
female lead needs. She's attractive in a likable and non-intimidating sense. She possesses good comedic skills. The fact that she's in her early twenties means that she has a decade's worth of relevance to the date crowd. |

This was probably the best SNL episode in about two-three years. Keys to its success: -- only one recurring Kristen Wiig sketch, and at least it was popular
one -- more Bill Hader and Jason Sudekis, less Will Forte/Fred Armisten -- fresh ideas, political satire that was actually funny for once -- host that was
willing to do anything -- better pacing, direction

yeah, i watched the whole show, which i hadn't done forever.
t.r.a.a.a.p.d. was great as was the lip biting in firelight: http://www.hulu.com/watch/107500/saturday-night-live-digital-short-firelight#s-p1-sr-i2 |

Not just lip biting but brushing her hair back behind her ear. That was at least as good as the Office parody. I got the impression they'd been saving that
one until Kristen Stewart hosted but just couldn't keep it in any longer.

I guess I am just getting old (that's a fact) but while I thought Taylor Swift was excellent, the rest of the show was alright -- I didn't seem to get
as much humor out of it as the rest of y'all did. I thought the Greta van Sustern/Fox thing was awful. Didn't care much for the View thing either. Rest
was pretty good. Whoever did the impression of Nicholas Cage -- that was very well done!

Ugh. I hate that Fred Armisen character that was on WU last night.

Between this and the Scrooge McDuck bit a few weeks ago, NBC really should just run old weekened update clips during the week. (Yes, i realize they had Weekend Update Thursdays earlier this season.) I mean, the reruns couldnt do THAT bad ratings-wise. It is NBC after all. |

I thought the Greta van Sustern/Fox thing was awful. Actually it was a terrific parody of Fox, particularly of Greta and Glenn Beck. The only problem was the jokes were too obvious. |

My favorite impersonation was actually Kristen Wiig as Natalie Merchant.
She must be a big fan. |

Also, my love for Bill Hader grows: Him as Frankenstein and then his spot on Eddie Vedder impression

The Natalie Merchant was really good, but so odd. I love Natalie Merchant, but where has she been???
