Jimmy Kimmel sucked hard when it premiered. Now it consistently makes me laugh. Hopefully Fox will give her time to improve.

totally agree shiza. the first 15 minutes of kimmel is gold almost any night. i usually tune out before the guests but it's the only network late night
talk show i watch consistently.

This was a disaster along the lines of the Paula Poundstone show. It looked like the production cost about $6. The Ann Coulter skit was the best part of the
whole show.

I just watched it. I read here first so I was expecting it to suck, but I didn't think it was that bad as long as you are not a Republican or Asian.
I'll keep watching. |

Wanda was kinda stiff with her delivery. It was uncomfortable to watch. And the drag queen gave drag queens a bad name. They needed one like ChiChi.
I'd probably like it better if it were more a talk show with a monologue. The way she's doing it now is almost like Leno's new show. Too many taped bits. Maybe she'll loosen up after awhile like Fallon did. He's come a long way & I enjoy watching his show now. So, I might give her another chance when SNL's on reruns. |

Actually, the drag queen was very entertaining in the warm-up. She sang "Believe," as Cher, then as Judy Garland, then Macy Gray, then as Janis
Joplin. It was a lot more fun than anything they "gave" her to do on the actual show. They should let he do stuff like that ON camera.

I actually loved the Dildo skit. It wasn't the best, but it was better than Evan Almighty...

I thought the dildo skit was pretty funny, too. I loved the fruit, and the reactions on people's faces when she brought stuff out to display.

I like Wanda Sykes. I did not like The Wanda Sykes Show.
However, I will continue to watch. That's just how I do. |

Anyone watch episode 2 of this thing? I want to know if I should stream it. Wasn't too impressed with the premiere so I watched SNL tonight instead.

Same here. I forgot to DVR it. Is it worthwhile to chase it down?

It was pretty funny. A lot of it was vagina jokes. The bro fro or jew fro part was the best, however.
