The theatrical ending goes like this...
She screams from downstairs, he runs downstairs to see what's wrong. Time passes and all you can see is the dark hallway. Out of nowhere Micoh is thrown against the camera. She crawls to the camera and smiles. Credits say police found Micoh but she is still out there... |

I laughed so hard at that part though! I will admit there were a few moments that cweeped me out such as when the demon noises woke them up and lasted a really
long time while they were awake, but overall I laughed much more often I screamed. And like I said before, I'm a sucker for horror movies (couldn't
even sleep after When a Stranger Calls heh).

I mean, if you were in that situation, how in the fuck could you shut the lights out and fall asleep at ALL.
I'd hang out in nightclubs drunk all night every night and then just crash out by the pool in the morning. How are you people watching it online that you don't also have access to the theatrical ending? The torrent sites have a cam of just the theatrical ending
and instructions on when to switch over (which I did and don't recommend as it takes you out of the film).
