Since when is being #1 on preorder something to be proud of? Claymates, Taymates, and whatever-mates do this all the time.
Although the fact that Adam and Perez have to scare the Sparkle Cows to actually get them to order/preorder says a lot about the ineffectiveness of the Sparkle Cows out there. |

The sad part is that Adam is even paying that much attention to his position on iTunes. He is caught up in the numbers game just like his sparklecows. But he
did say he went on Idol for the money so it makes sense that he wants to milk his cows for all they are worth. Aiken redux. He and Perez twisted their udders

I found this on Adamofficial.com. In an upcoming interview Madam did with Rolling Stone, calling Gene Simmons obnoxious, a dick, a hypocrite AND a bad singer:
RS: Do you think some people feel differently about you since you came out? AL: Gene Simmons spouted something, that he thought I'd ruined my career by coming out. He's obnoxious, and what a hypocrite - all he talks about is his sex life. He was being a dick - and he's not the greatest singer. I guess he's a good businessman. I'll give him that. When this fucking conceited douchebag gets himself 24 gold albums, sells more than 80 million albums worldwide and has loyal, diehard fans for more than 30 years , then maybe he'll be in a position to say something like this. God I can't stand him.

Why did he even have to bring up Gene Simmons in answering that question? Also, Gene's vocal abilities certainly have nothing to do with the question. By saying Gene isn't the greatest singer is Adam implying that he can make that judgement because he himself IS the greatest singer. How magnanimous of Adam to give Gene credit for being a good businessman. What a douche. |
