"Now it does end up happening" from "now does it end up happening...". What I took it to mean is that there's a tie, and then someone switches their vote. But a tie is the only scandalous thing I can think of, because blindsides have been done to death. Or maybe a double TC. "Bypass" TC ... it was in Jeff's tribal council tour. He got to this super secret bypass rule, and the video purposefully cuts out. But we haven't seen this yet.

Maybe the girls vote for Russell, then the rest of Galu and Foa Foa split their votes resulting in a 4-4 tie. In a revote, Kelly would have to choose between sister and mother. Too heartbreaking to even think about .
