How does this not make sense? Laura is the defacto leader and she definitely controls the other 2 girls who are all in a very tight alliance. The guys have
already shown willingness to take out Monica so no need to go after her but no one is going after Kelly and she's Laura's right hand woman. Remove
Kelly and you weaken Laura. Look at her reaction: he just stirred a lot of hell. She's PISSED. It's refreshing to see them take out the non-alpha males
this ealry in a merge. Should be happy the quieter pretty female was taken out this early.

The woman's alliance was one of the strongest alliances(mainly because of Laura). In a perfect world they would have got rid of Laura, since they
couldn't they went for the strongest female that was aligned with her to weaken her position. I am guessing Russell feels that it will be easier to align
with the guys later in the game.
