Amy Brennemen was phenomenal last night when she went off on that nut bar.

I agree. It was chilling.

I really don't understand how people say this show bad. It baffles me. Last night had some of the best acting this year so far (Amy Brenneman and Hospicunt
especially <3).
Emmy nom for Amy Brenneman please! |

Usually twists come out of left field for me and I'm actually surprised by them, or I at least don't guess them until close to the reveal tonight
however I totally fucking called that memory loss fake out thing. I said to my mom as soon as she forgot him and Violet and Pete was discussing it that
she's faking it, she does remember him she just doesn't want to be with him anymore. After Violet came out with all that stuff about him doing
something bad to her I thought hmm. I was pleasantly surprised to be right for once.

Maybe its from all the bizarre twists, now I'm just getting used to it and expect it to be something other than what they want us to think.
Who thinks Naomi is going to sleep with wheel chair doctor? Also I for see Addison and Sam at least kissing, maybe in Africa? (or wherever) next week. |

Naomi was yelling at wheel chair dude and I turned to my mom and I was like "you know what this means right?" and she was like "what?" and
I said all this means is that they're going to sleep together.
I still love Addison but she's kind of lost at this point. I'm just really annoyed that they're completely ignoring the issue of Addison wanting a child, she's not getting any younger. I mean she was crying to Naomi about being alone this episode and it would have been an apt time to re approach the issue and nothing. Addison cannot become a crazy cat lady. I mean seriously. I just find it annoying that they seem to have completely abandoned the whole reason Addison visited LA in the first place. You can't tell me they don't know where to go with the storyline. Naomi is a fucking fertility doctor and Addison has boat loads of money, you'd think she would at least adopt or something. It just makes no sense and it was a storyline that was interesting and something she desperately wanted so to abandon it and focus on who she's sleeping with next and her constantly helping pregnant women and never thinking about it or discussing it is just weird. Mini-rant but its just an annoying thing about what they've done to Addison's character. |

I lost a good friend over the summer to ovarian cancer so those scenes were very sad for me. The cat thing was sweet. I freak out when I can't get ours out
from under the bed, so I could relate to Addison on that one.
And was it just me, or was that dwarf guy the most handsome dwarf ever? |

The dwarf couple are both attractive. Remind of that TLC show aabout a couple just like them only she's a doctor.
And could that cat be like Oscar, the death cat? The one in the news that visits old folks who die soon after? Lots of life immitating art here lately. But the stories are compelling & I'm really loving this show this season. |

And was it just me, or was that dwarf guy the most handsome dwarf ever?It wasn't just you. Both me and my mother noticed they he was a very attractive little man. She noticed that the woman was pretty too. That was a hot dwarf couple for sure. I understood where they were coming from in terms of wanting to have a little person child but I can't believe they would take that risk knowing there was a high probability the child could get cancer. Their speech to Naomi was good and bad at the same time. When they said she didn't understand being made fun of etc b/c she was beautiful etc before she even said the fat thing I was like are they serious, she's a black woman, its not as if she's some white, upper class male doctor who can't understand what is like to be a minority in the world. Then the part about the white baby blah, blah, blah was fine but overall I just didn't get the risking a high chance that your child would get cancer, even if you believe Science could catch up, what if it doesn't? |

I still think this is the most underrated show and cast on TV. I don't know that they are lost with Addison's character, I think she is just fleshed
out more. In Grey's she was more of a one dimensional character and we were used to that character. Here she has more screen time and is more of a central
character. Plus she has an unbelievably talented cast around her that demands more screen time also. I don't see Naomi hooking up with wheel chair guy, not
that there is anything wrong with it. Just don't see the writers go that way.

I'm loving this show lately. I used to watch only because it followed Grey's but it's gotten so much better this season.

Isn't it obvious people?
They are grooming us for the inevitable Sam/Addison hook up which will A. finally make Taye Diggs somewhat interesting and B. Cause a LOT of tension between Addison/Naomi which will be really interesting. I also find it interesting that Chris Lowell is contracted for 13 out of 22 episodes, and we've only seen him twice thus far. They must be saving him for an arc toward the end of the season. Maybe they'll finally revisit him trying to hook up with Naomi? |

Oh I can see the Sam and Addison hook up coming at us like a speeding train.
I really don't want to see Dell and Naomi hook up. |

Dell/Naomi would be SO forced. I really hope they never go there again.
It's funny. You look at all the relationships established in the first season - Pete/Addison, Violet/Cooper, Sam/Naomi - and NONE of those pairs worked. Props to the writers for reading the chemistry between actors because they found who needs to be with whom - Cooper/Hospicunt being the most obvious <3 |

I am now convinced that this show is a weekly experiment in depression tolerance. Shonda wants to see how much overwhelming sadness and ruined lives it takes
before the audience cracks.
And the way they keep you watching is with the hook that maybe one day we'll get the old Addison back. (This will probably never happen.) |

Oh I've chosen to pretend that both Addison's are completely different characters.
