Because Shambo is smart. She knows after Russell plays the HII a Galu goes home and it is 5 Galu vs 5 ShamFoa. She needs to convince Galu that she is still
with them (probably has always played nth wheel) and this will keep them thinking they are 6-4 and complacent and not working hard to avoid the tie situation.

Shambo was "acting." When Whore-a said under her breath that Russell had stirred up hell, Shambo nodded all innocent like and said something like,
"Yeah!" She's totally trying to play them. We'll see how well she can pull it off. If Whore-a buys her act knowing Shambo hates her,

Shambo may be nuts, she may be a Gilligan, she may have an horrid mullet ... but keep in mind she is on the show as a fan/applicant that the LA-centric crew
led by Lynne thinks is a stereotype of YOU - the mulleted moron fans living in loser Flyoverland.
I like Shambo because she is kicking the LA recruits' asses. The highest IQ ever on Survivor - the underemployed unaccomplished doof David got totally gamed by Shambo. Shambo stayed under-the-radar and allowed the geniuses on Galu to presume she's still in the fold. Of course she voted for Russell. Why the F not? She knew of Russ' HII and voted for him to stay undiscovered. No strategic advantage would have been gained by Russ or Shambo by outing her as part of the FF alliance. David was also the idiot that dismissed concerns expressed about the risk of the HII coming back into play. It was Shambo who correctly assessed the correct target with Laura immune, her puppet Kelly. Why? She correctly identified Monica as the person to peel away and bring over to break the looming 5-5 tie. Targeting Kelly and making a play for Monica was Shambo's strategy not Russ. Shambo is thinking ahead, playing chess. The game turns at 5-5. Russ and Shambo are setting up the play there at that crucial TC. Yes she's a goofball, but SHAMBO IS AN APPLICANT FAN.
