Now we get jackasses like in Gabon and now Samoa whereby they have a HUGE majority and fuck it up. What, pray tell, is wrong that this would not only happen but become a predictable occurrence? Other than ignorance of the game because Casting likes trolling Myspace and LA bars for their recruits, the only possible reason is people get too comfortable winning and are so dying to play the "strategic" game that we end up with what is essentially a 5-5 tie at 10 where you can bet your ASS certain former Foa Foa members will be jumping to join up. WTF people? -SJ™

Since they thought that there was a chance Russell had the idol, why didn't they just say screw it and vote out Natalie, Jaison, or Mick and then hope that Russell fell for it again and played his idol like last time?! Then they can just vote his ass out the week after, because face it, he can't keep finding the idol every round. They're stupid. This is a basic situation of a scrappy minority alliance OUTWITTING and OUTPLAYING the majority.

Charlie, Randy, and Corinne were eliminated promptly. Then Ken overplayed his hand and tried to score some Jury votes by pointlessly voting for Matty, which then made Matty, Susie, and Sugar distrustful of him and Crystal. If Ken had just stuck to his plan and voted for Corinne that round, then Sugar wouldn't have gone on her whole "good person" rant and he probably would have been able to get Bob to give up his Immunity at F6, thus making an all-Fang F5.

So far its been one dude going power hungry and an extremely horrible vote choic. Only person that I would call scrappy at foa foa is russel as th rest seem content to lie around camp and accept their fate if it happens as such

Did you see her acting at Tribal Council when Russell used the idol and Kelly was voted out? She knew damn well what was going to happen that night at TC! She played it perfectly so now Galu is going to have to work their butts off to keep her on their side, and give her information that she'll give back to the Foa Foa's. The Galu's are dunzo.

You're right, but the Palau majority only worked because it was a tribe of dumbasses who were handing the game to Tom. He should have been taken out ASAP after the merge, but head dumbass Gregg was playing for 5th place. I wonder how things would have played out without the Russell medevac? He seemed to be the unifying force between the 2 alliances on Galu. He might have been able to keep them focused.

The thing with this season is I have to believe that all the winning made Galu soft, strategically, as a tribe. Proof is in the 5-4-Shamu alignment as it currently stands. -SJ™

That's the disadvantage to being on a dominate tribe like Galu pre-merge, you never have to go to TC, so you never have to really strategize or make alliances or work out the numbers game. The Foa Foa's have been scrambling around since episode one, so they're well use to it by now.

I find it ridiculous how easily it is to find that thing. I mean, why don't they bury it like in past seasons(Panama, CI, Fiji, Micronesia)? Of course they want Russell to find it so he can stay longer in the game.

I think the real problem lies in alliances that are TOO BIG. You had the Galu who were up 8-4 and then 7-4. If you have ANYONE in the majority feeling like an outsider they are going to jump ship. I mean fuck even if you are the outsider of the minority would you rather be 8th or 5th. Erinn said something similar about why she jumped last season. She was going to be 6th. She jumped with the others she'd at least be 4th. When you've got too many people grouped up in one alliance its a call for DISASTER, imo.
