Assuming there are millions of idols from now on.
Say we're at F9 or something. Contestant A wins immunity. B plays an idol. C plays an idol. All of the votes are for B or C. This leaves no votes. What the hell do they do then? |

They will make sure either B or C loses the idol before the tribal council. AKA someone from the staff steals it. If Russel is A, B or C he will keep his.

There is now only one idol in play at a time. If it gets used, it goes back into hiding. Duh.
