Yes, but they could have played defensively, and played -as though- Foa Foa had the idol. In that case, you'd guess they would give it to Russell, since everybody "knows" he's the biggest target - so vote out Mic.

The fact is that you can't play every round as if someone has an HII. That is moronic becuase the same person has never had the idol two times in a row. Assuming Russell always had an idol would mean Russell never leaves (which is what I kind of think is what the producers are going for). And for that matter, anyone of the Foa Foa's could have had the idol, so it just becomes a guessing game. The HII reduces the game to this so most actual strategy is thrown out the window. How do you strategize to get rid of someone if they keep "finding" something that keeps them safe and screws your game. In Galu's case, yes, they obviously SHOULD have voted for someone else, but put yourself in their shoes. Would you really expect ANYONE, let alone the same person to find a HII that easily. It doesn't make sense.
