The second Glee soundtrack, Glee: The Music, Volume 2, is set to be released on December 8th, 2009 by Columbia Records. It will feature songs from episodes 9
-13 ("Wheels" through "Sectionals") and will not be the last soundtrack for season one.
Here's a quote from EW Music Mix's Tim Stack: Personally, I cannot wait for "True Colors" and "My Life Would Suck Without You!" And co-creator Brad Falchuk says that the cast performance of "Imagine," which is a collaboration with a deaf choir, is truly something special. "I'm warning you to prepare for that," says Falchuk. "There's been no one who's watched that number and not cried. It's the most amazing thing you've ever seen." Here is the entire track listing, in the order they will air: 1. Proud Mary 2. 14. And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going I can't see anyone singing this except Mercedes (or Kurt). And if it's Mercedes, it should be what propels her to a solo record deal, if she's not locked in to a non-compete contract on the show. |

I wish we knew what "Crush" they were talking about. The only three that come to mind are Dave Matthews Band, Jennifer Paige and David Archuleta.
I'm hoping it is Dave or Jennifer Paige.
ETA: I think I just read elsewhere that it is Archuleta. Boo.
