gossip girl + lady gaga + morrissey.... gay as all get out. no wonder i can't stop watching despite my utter contempt and loathing for nearly every character and storyline. i think i actually rolled my eyes every time they broke away to the serena/nate/congressman non-story. i don't care how much you all think chace crawford sucks as an actor, i contend that next to blake lively he is the next olivier. her BREATHING sounds like she's reading off cue cards. i suppose she'll be hosting SNL before long.

the black hole of emotionless mumbling and vacant stares that is nate/serena, like YES, let them get together and suffocate from sucking all the air out of whatever penthouse suite they shack up in, I DON'T CARE.
And MTE - this congressman spends months on his campaign and is willing to sacrifice it all for a barely high-school graduate who has shown no possible reason for inspiring so much lust in so many men. i get it; she's blonde and thin, and shows up to volunteer at a campaign with backless evening gowns and stilettos - but there is a lot of much hotter and exciting trim out on the streets of NYC -- she just doesn't seem worth the trouble. she brings nothing to the table.

the only people i'm finding even moderately entertaining are maybe dorota, and eric as he seeks revenge on that childwhore jenny.

ETA: one of the older episodes cut out on me, and I missed whatever it was that jenny did to humilate eric or jonathan, and in turn caused him to screw up the debutante thing for her. I think it was the halloween episode, all I saw was eric coming home and she was saying that it wasn't personal and just something she had to do for public. what was it?
