The Brown Team:
Max and Jenna
Let me clear on thing up right here: this team is up here mainly because of Jenna. She was so inherently kind and likeable, never lied to anyone, and was really excited about her second chance. For Max it seemed to be all business, but it seemed like it was all fun to Jenna. She enjoyed the experience, and I was quite happy when they won (thank goodness) over the Green team. Jenna was great in the "Face to Face" challenge. "Aah, MY STUPID FINGERS!"
They deserved their win, but I would've preferred a win by either Purple or Orange. Which brings me to...
Coming in at #2:
The Purple Team:
Jeff and Annie
These guys were challenge MONSTERS. By the time they finally left, they had 6 of the twelve puzzle pieces. That was everyone else PUT TOGETHER. Annie saw through everything Max tried to pull, up to and including the "Oh if one of us goes let's give our pieces to the other!" last ditch desperation attempt. Them giving their pieces to Orange (for an incredible 8/12) was just icing on the cake.
Also I swear Jeff's eyes weren't that freaky during most of the show >_>
Which leaves us my favorite S2 Endurance team...
#1:
The Orange Team:
Tyler and Michelle
Michelle is quite possibly the most selfless person on Endurance ever <3 She was doing the whole thing for her mom. Whereas Tyler spent the first two episodes complaining "I WANT TO GO HOOOOOOME" "MY PARTNER SUCKS" "WHY DO WE KEEP LOSING CHALLENGES" XD
After that, tho' he really turned it on. Orange took 3rd place in a few challenges right after (including Face to Face), and then took their only victory of the season at the F4 Samadhi challenge. Tyler, being his usual self, hugged J.D. and then didn't even high-five Michelle or anything XD Tyler thought that the Orange team was the Tyler team, even when he started playing for Michelle. With the F4 Samadhi in his hands, Tyler threw it away, and then explained his nearly flawless strategy of "One of the strong teams needs to go now. We're not winning this challenge. Both of the strong teams would currently give us their pieces. If we give them the Samadhi, we aren't getting their pieces. So we need Green to win!" And then Green DID win, they DID send Purple and Brown, and it worked out amazingly for Orange, with Purple's 6 pieces adding to their 2 to give them 8, or DOUBLE Green and Brown combined. Everyone knew that if Orange made F2 it was their game to lose, but unfortunately they couldn't survive a 3rd temple trip and Michelle made her emotional exit, with a now kinder Tyler trying to console her.
And there we are. Rolling the die for the next season leves us with...
Season 6! Otherwise known as Endurance: Fiji!
