I don't quite get why Ella was against calling Riley's school to rat her out. I mean, this is the girl who just one episode ago was trying to get Riley's fiancee to sleep with her. And if Ella really is so devoted to her career, and since Riley DID kinda screw her by blowing her cover at that party, I would've thought when Amanda told Ella to call the school, Ella would've already been dialing the phone. I guess she didn't want to mess things up with Jonah by busting Riley?

Really liked having Amanda back, and I know I'm a geek but I'm quite excited to not only see Amanda interacting with Michael again, but to find out what that whole note "you'll never find it" thing is all about. Of course the bums at TV By The Numbers don't think the show will be able to maintain last nights ratings, and they don't think those numbers will save the show anyways, but I'm still gonna be optimistic.

And I didn't mind Jonah & Riley as much as others seemed to when the show first started, but over the last few episodes they've been starting to get on my nerves and as of last night I am officially over them. I wish the producers had decided to axe Jonah from the show and keep Auggie around instead.

Thanks managerr - Vanessa is shown so rarely I barely know her, but then the same goes with Michael. Why is his delicious evilness being so under utilized? I don't even know why he's on the show, he's barely there.

Ashley - I too watched until the bitter end. Which is why I'm watching it again, unlike 90210, which I quit watching when the gang got out of college.

I think that if Ella was smart she wouldn't have ratted Riley out anyway, because it would have meant that Riley would be at home all day until she finds a job and would probably be spending more time with Josh. So, aside from morals, she could have been wanting to keep them apart on a practical level, which I doubt.

Anyway, I HATE RILEY SO MUCH. What did she honestly have to gain from spilling the truth, I mean really. I guess it was just the perfect oppritunity for her to be self-righteous for no reason.

For any fan of the original Melrose Place, the scene between Amanda and Michael tonight was GOLD! And the whole Violet adoptive incest relationship with her equally psycho brother was just sick and twisted. I can't stand Riley, but I think that's the point.

From TVByTheNumbers. I think I'm finally giving up hope that there will be some miracle that saves this show.

The tiny bump that the return of Heather Locklear generated in Melrose Place ratings vanished, as it settled to a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating, the same as the episode before she returned.

Didn't the episode before Locklear's return set a new ratings low?

I'm liking the incest storyline with Violet sleeping with her brother. Although it would have been tons better if her brother was her true birth brother, and not the adopted one. We want real incest, damnit.

oh man the ratings

i will say this...this show is infinitely more cohesive, fun and interesting than 90210. i think they shot themselves in the foot killing someone off right away and setting the 'dark' tone. i also love how they aren't afraid to use the original mp'ers unlike 90210 where they are literally in it for a second and then that's it.

but i hate how the apartment building looks now...its way too huge and hard to visualize, if that makes sense.

they can still do so many things/bring so many people back:

-jake, jakes son
-alison
-billy
-allyssa milano/jennifer
-lisa rinna and her and michael's son
-jane and michael's son
-jo's son who she gave up for adoption after the whole reed/boat fiasco <3

I heard they were going to give that shit show of Micha Barton's a second chance and if they can do that, they can sure as shit keep this crapfest on the air. However, it's disturbing as shit to watch Heather talk now. She has fucked her mouth up with injections and botox. Ewww. It must kill her to look at that Ella girl every week. Who knew David Cassidy could produce something decent?

What a great storyline to say that Brooke, too, faked her own death, complete with hologram ghost hauntings.

It's a shame the numbers are so low, because I actually like this revamp. I think the biggest mistake was giving such a juicy role as Violet to an ugly hag like Ashley Simpson who cannot even act. This is what ruined a lot of great scenes and great potential.
