I thought Finn did great tonight. I don't have any real issue with his voice despite it clearly not being the strongest on the show.
I loved Kurt's "call me" sign to Finn during 'Lean on Me' and then the reaction of Finn was great.

Another great episode even though it was seriously lacking in Sue time.

Ah HELL NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!:
The Hills 'star' Audrina Patridge and Glee hunk Mark Salling were spotted spending a significant amount of time with each other at the Us Weekly "Hot Hollywood" party on Wednesday night (November 18) at Voyeur Lounge in West Hollywood. "They seemed quite friendly with each other," a spywitness told JustJared.com. Audrina, 24, and Mark, 27, left the party together and later arrived to the Samsung party, where Katy Perry performed. New couple or just friends? Either way, nice catch, Audrina! A few months ago, Audrina was lambasted for hanging out with Star Trek stud Chris Pine. source |

When Finn did the karate stuff in the mirror my wife asked me what was up with that and I said "Hello, Boogie Nights"

Yes, I loved the Boogie Nights imitation! Of course a kid did the same thing in the movie, "Camp," but it's still funny.
WTF is Puck doing with Ceiling Eyes? His stock is high right now, he needs to pimp himself to people with power, not whorey socialites who pull no weight in Hollywood. |

As soon as someone clues him in like they did Chris Pine, he will dump her as well (if they're even going out, that is). |

My type of episode | ||
Carboys Desire wrote:Yes, that was sensationally awkward. It's frustrating how little Lea/Rachel smiles, so watching her happy is always good. Just as good was busting out Jennifer Paige in the car. |

I'm not a music guy so is "I Honestly Love You" a song, or was Kurt just saying that to Finn?

How does anyone not know "I Honestly Love You"?????
Anyways, I loved. The Shue/Rachel stuff was hilarious (his medley to her, with Emma getting completely carried away, and then Rachel's singing in the car, were awesome; not to mention Pepper's phone call answered by Terry). The episode also made me teary no less than three times. |

Will Finn's mom always be in some sort of Mom Jean denim combo?

I have to say, I thought this episode was kinda a snooze. Maybe it was a lack of Sue parts, but it wasn't very funny ever. Quinn was amazing during her
emosh scene with her parents though, naturally. Next week looks back to the zany funny Glee, which I prefer to sappy sentimental Glee. A mix in an episode is
fine, but this week was a bit too much. Oh, and Terri was the MVP of the episode in her triumphant return after being sidelined for so long

I guess I'm in the minority but I think the character of the dumb blonde cheerleader (Brittany) lacks the comedic timing, I feel like most of her comedic
lines feel forced.

Carboys Desire wrote:Huge X! I want that song now, but I am purchasing the CD on 12/8 so I have to wait. Loved having more Kurt and his crush on Finn is adorable. Loved their scenes together. Quinn did an amazing job with the family scenes. I was this close to having my eyes well up with t.ears. I felt it coming on. Heartbreaking. I love how this show is mixining in the music and the comedy along with real-life issues. The fact that parents could treat a child the way Quinn's parents did and kick a child out for making a mistake. Yes, it would be disappointing to see your child get pregnant, but it's not like they murdered or hurt anybody. They made a mistake and a parent should love their children, protect them and help them. You don't turn your back on them when they don't meet your expectations. I'm so glad that at least Kurt's father acts like a true loving and caring father and did not overreact to his son coming out. He is a good example of how parents should react and conduct themselves. I have been so frustrated with Finn for not telling anyone that HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SEX, so that somebody could smack some sense into him that you can't get someone pregnant by ejaculating in a hot tub. He finally says the words I have been waiting to hear, but says them to Quinn's father who immediately shuts him down, calling him a liar. Seriously, Finn is so stupid it is amazing he can walk and breathe at the same time. |
