I think from the way they edited the last show means Brian & Ericka win. He said that Ericka didn't win the initial rounds of Ms America but won the
whole thing & that is what matters. Just like it is the winning the last leg & not the earlier ones.

Are people still trying to find a "winner's edit" for TAR? If Freddy/Kendra didn't shatter that illusion, then Eric/Danielle certainly did.
Give it up. |

The U-Turn will be probably in Czech Republic and it will be a rumor.

To its credit, this is the first season in a while where you can't really entirely rule out any of the contenders from winning (arguably for the first time
since TAR5) - none of them are ludicrous OTTN or made enough of a joke to be completely unviable.

well, that didn't stop zzzk/zzzchel from winning tar12. =x It doesn't stop the winners from sucking, but at least it means there's at least some unpredictability even in a terrible finale. TAR14's may have been more satisfying, but there was no way anyone other than Tammy/Victor could have ever won out of that entire Final 5. |

>:c( They (and Charla/Mirna) would have been great winners, but no-one who was paying attention could serious expect them to win. It wouldn't have been hard to show them in more of a positive light - winner's edits don't exist but loser's edits sometimes do. AS is a weird case since it's the only time there's even been a 100% confirmed finishing order spoiler. |

Freddy/Kendra and Flo/Zach could have been shown in a more positive light, I assume.

Hell. if they'd dropped that one comment from KKKendra it would have made everyone hate them less.

You don't need an amazingly positive edit to be a winner, that's why there are no "winner edits". But if you have a 100% negative edit, you
won'#t win. That's just common sense. Pointing out the handful of obv teams who had a cunty side doesn't negate the fact they were had some
obvious edited in positive development.
If TAR3 was edited more recently, I'd expect Teri/Ian wouldn't have had the redemption arc and Ken/Gerard would have been ignored. I doubt Flo/Zach would have been presented much differently, except with more positive Zach |

oic. I guess I just didn't view Jamie/Cara and Charla/Mirna as 100% negative.

I guess I just didn't view Jamie/Cara and Charla/Mirna as 100% negative. That is bc Jaime and Mirna are obviously saints, but that is just their natural brilliance shining through. But after the halfway point, their entire on-show story was "I hate foreign people...grrr." There weren't any instances of deliberately intentionally showing them in a good light like Kendra's HEROIC ability to do the Roadblock with a stomach ache, Rachel's amazing triumph with her self-esteem issues, or Eric/Danielle's tragic victimisation. But even tho Dan/Sam are TWoP's hate figure for the season, the show hasn't been anywhere near as brutal to them (cf stuff like Dan's apology bizarrely ending up the Previously this week). |

The brilliance of TAR is that what you see is what you get. There are no "winners edits" they simply show the players warts and all running the
race. We don't have the huge editing situation that goes on in Survivor nor the 24/7 peek of BB. The entire race on TAR is run in about 2 weeks (or less
as each leg is usually at the most 48 hours). The available video is limited and the drama is in the race to the pit stop so other than focusing on some melt
downs during challenges, there is no "fabricated" drama. This is why TAR consistently wins the Reality Show Emmy.
