I mean Foa Shambo votes Laura, who in Galu would have been dumb enough to vote John instead of Natalie? Basically all the plan would do would be to have it now be a tie between John and Natalie. Hell if they would have done that, John would have been safe from the rock draw and probably would have been fine with it going to that. But that's skipping past a lot of assumptions.

The point is, that even if the Foas think that Monica is telling the truth, they could still just vote Laura and Monica would have just really badly fucked up. Even if Monica never had the intention of voting for John, her proposed plan wouldn't have helped if she had been sincere. Monica's plan was just plain stupid and only served to alienate John.
