Amazing Race Asia S1 is one of the best seasons in the entire TAR franchise. The ones that followed were a pile of self-dick-suck IMO.

Hi, I'm from singapore. We are probably the only asian country that telecast and air survivor together with the US from the very first season until now.
Due to time differences,we get our telecast about 10 to 12 hours after an episode is shown in the US. And because of that, I usually came here to check who is booted before it is shown on our televisions. |

In Portugal they aired Borneo, Australia, Marquesas and Thailand. I was hooked since Borneo. Don't remember how I ended up here though

I'm American but live in Dubai. When I lived in Kuwait I would watch it on AFN (US TV shows on Armed Forces Network) the day after. I don't have AFN in
Dubai but Orbit/Showtime Series runs the show on Fridays. Probably takes a day to clear the censorship folks. Like Big Brother and other big TV shows, most of
the time I download the shows off UseNet.

I am an American, but During Survivior Outback (season 2) I was in Malaysia. They showed the shows on sunday nights from 11pm to midnight. I had to be up 5:30
to get my son on the bus to school by 6 am. it was some tired monday mornings :-)

I am unashamed to say that *Rupert* hooked me on this show when he stole the shoes.But why? Try as I might, I cannot see anything even remotely funny, or even strategic about that move (they all got their shoes back, so it didn't impair them). I was stunned when at the reunion it was voted one of the highlights of the season. Yeah right.... there were plenty of way more interesting and funny things that happened in that season - and though I sort of liked Rupert, he was really not that good at the game. |

Didn't watch the other international versions of survivor but I really think our Israeli version is the best after the US.
Second season was great (had, in my opinion, the best strategist besides Todd from China) and the third season airing now is even better (yeah the one with Rupert doing a guest appearance). |

I remember reading a newspaper article in '98 or '99 saying they were going to film a US game show locally where the winner will be awarded $1 million
dollars.. and I thought "... well that's interesting". Totally forgot about the whole thing until I accidentally caught the fourth episode of
Borneo on a Sunday evening, and have been watching it since. (They show was delayed a couple of months in 2000 over here).
Started posting at surviiivor.com since the Outback, and only started to post at Sucks when Marquesas aired. Good times. |

I lived in Cyprus for 5 months (during all of Tocantins) and I had to download episodes from Itunes. I didn't have a TV, and I don't think Cyprus has
any idea what Survivor is anyway. I honestly don't think a season has ever been shown there.
