I will give her that she followed orders well, and she is a good soldier, as she planted the seed in the lady Galu's brains about ousting Eric. But it was far from her creation. And once again, she was a good soldier again last night and she voted the way the upper echilon in her tribe wanted. Where was it shown she was following anyone's orders, particularly his? Its' been a collective effort and she has definitely contributed her part of it. For his part so has FatRuss, but not any more than anyone else. The only soldier stuff I've seen came from missyea which is FatRuss's POV. ETA - In fact Mick gave her specific praise for her social skills and the fact that F-F needed them. She's responsible just as much for Foa Foa's success at this point as Russell is. Just because you're more vocal about it doesn't mean you're doing more than other people.

He's found some idols, played them, and worked along with his other tribemates to flip the game. He's been working his tail off, but so have the other Foa Foa's too. Probably with the exception of Mick who looks like done absolutely nothing of value. He's there, but nothing about his gameplay is anything stellar.

Galu screwed themselves by convincing John. Hey Russell wants to be vocal, well ok....when they don't vote out a F-F next, think John might recall a little promise?

Ill give you that he played the first few merge days a bit hard and had to get help from natalie but since then this turnaround has been all about what hes doing. when they don't vote out a F-F next, think John might recall a little promise? Whats johnny boy gonna do when he doesnt hold to his promise?

You want to paint the biggest target on somebody in your alliance that is not you, and you want to put on somebody who has an idol. It would be evidence of poor gameplay if Natalie walked aroud saying that she was in charge.

What I saw was Jaison almost getting played by Monica, who promised to flip her vote if it was directed at John, even though she never intended to do so.

Sorry not involved with the missy spec bashing. My interpretation came from what we have been shown in her TC voting. She wholeheartedly admits she is just following what her alliance wants when she casts her vote. And her insider videos do not reveal any original thoughts or game changing ideas. I am going only by what I have been shown on the show and insider vids. I wonder where you are gathering your information on these skills you perceive Natalie to have. And ya, Mick praised her social skills, like any good unit, each soldier has a skill that aids the unit. And she makes nice with everybody. Not to diminish that, it is needed, this is a social game, it just isn't game changing and it definitely isn't original. Not that I give Mick any more credit, or Jaison. JP is right, the 4 have to work together, they have no other choice and they do work well together. I just have not seen any lead from Nat. Frankly other than Russ' antics, and Shambo's crazy, this season is really filled with bland pretty people. Russ wanted any of the intelligent women who wouldn't follow his wishes out of the game. So Betsy, Marissa and Liz all went and we are left with.. nat.

I've seen them discussing strategy as a group. Where I saw her skills? ....Watching the show . It's very plain all of F-F has worked together well. Natalie did her part with social kills even before the merge with Laura and Shambo. She was particularly skilled with Erik's boot and definitely was part of the planning AND execution. This was shown clear as a bell. Russell did his part with idols, good for him. He gets a ton of confessionals...again from his POV. He credits himself for boots and 'being in control' in confessionals but the Insider clearly showed his mates were equally responsible. I wouldn't doubt eveything out of his mouth isn't overblown. Nice way to paint a target. FatRuss isn't bland. That doesn't get him a mil, nor does lying to everyone about having an F2alliance, or lying to John about voting out a F-F next. Not being bland, gets him a gig on S20...Good for him. In the recrap stuff...he told Mick he was a millionaire - doh nice one ~~Homer~~ FatRuss... as Stephen put it with Taj, being rich is not going to get you a mil.

Russell (and Shambo, after all the cackling) seems to be completely oblivious to the fact that they need people to vote for them in order to win. I know, I know, someone will say "You have to get to the end before you worry about votes", but I will always think that's kind of a silly statement, since you can actually gasp do both at the same time. Especially when you come into a merge down in numbers, because then you aren't really "betraying" everyone to get to the end, you're just doing whatever you can. While I don't blame Russell for telling that lie to John, because it would have been dumb not to agree to it when they needed him to flip, you can vote people out without acting like an ass. She neither fit the S20 HvV theme, nor would have been able to compete back-back with only a few weeks break. FatRuss fit the theme, was willing to play his theatrics to the camera, and had (and somehow retained) a lot of bulk.
