Love Adam's hair when it's down and spikey and hope he wears it like that at the AMA's. No matter what, I can tell from the rehearsal footage that
Adam is going to treat us to a "Zodiac" style performance and I can't wait. It's high time the public is reminded as to what an incredible
entertainer and vocalist this man is and to stop with all the drama about his sexuality and the supposed poor sales of his first singles. Personally, I think
the album sales will be massive - and if one is buying the album why would one also buy the singles? To me the single sales are irrelevant.
*edited to add* My favorite song so far is Fever. I can listen to that song over and over and love it more every time. It has a rocking beat, showcases Adam's vocal chops and has attitude.

I'm sorta partial to A Loaded Smile just because of the chorus ..makes me melt. I also find it hilarious how Music Again sounds just like a "The
Darkness" song (whom I personally like, they were so over the top, and of course it was written by Justin Hawkins, and of course Adam can hit those super
high notes:)
And yes I love Fever, which reminds me of early 80' late 70's music and I definitely want to be part of the "menage a trois". If I Had You sounds very similar to70's disco,in a lot of ways, which he said was one of his favorite genres. (I personally hated disco then but I may have to change my mind:)The middle eastern flair that opens up Soaked, I LOVE. |

At long last, we got a few words with Lambert himself, who has the dashing good looks of a soap opera villain. From the LA Times late yesterday. They obviously aren't aware out there in LA that he is ugly and fat. Stupid journalists not knowing who is good looking and who isn't. |

With the release of his debut album, Adam Lambert is about to become a huge star. Few human beings have ever been blessed with a voice like his, a ridiculously multi-octave weapon that can coo seductively in the lower registers, and shatter diamonds in the highest ones (Gene Simmons is probably still half-deaf from the high note Lambert uncorked at the end of "Rock And Roll All Nite" during the show's May finale when he sang with Kiss.) From Stupid Reuters yesterday, they don't know what the hell they are talking about. Stupid Canadian UK based jerks don't know anything. One of the world's most reputable news sources, fuck them and their article they are obviously hacks. |

Just checking in to let you know that I was listening to Z-100 this morning and Elvis announced that Adam will be on their show on Tuesday! He mentioned the Out mag controversy and the djs said they want Adam to be gay-gay, extra-gay for their interview LeeLee - where are you getting the CD pictures? Lambert is equally adept at hard rock, pop, disco, and power ballads, often blending ingredients of several in a single track to produce unforgettable results. ^^That's what I found really interesting about a few of his songs, the mix of dance, disco and rock. Very cool. |

Has anyone seen the footage from the AMA rehearsals? They're going to have Adam's name in huge green lights on both sides of the stage.
Wow- what an introduction... Love the pic - very retro, very cool: http://idolforums.com/index.php?showtopic=630983&st=2980

He's such a loser. The press HATES him I see as does the industry giving him an AMA performance before his album even is released. First time ever for an
idol. Note too Lambets album continues to fall off Itunes too, oh wait its at a steady 10 on the pop chart. Yep, top ten for days now. Number one at one point.
Not even released yet. Fail!

Hey guys.. did you know that by posting the reviews in THIS thread we're somehow trying to change the haters minds?
Peabud, I can't wait to see him drag her across that stage on Sunday. Brad Bessley from ET tweeted that there will be men on leashes.... LMAO... |

Men on leashes? Oh hells yeah - PRIME TIME TV !!!!!
"......Lambert, 27, said he's eager to see how the star-studded crowd responds to his provocative performance, a sexed-up rendition of "For Your Entertainment," the first single off his upcoming album of the same name. "I can't wait to see people I look up to as artists in the audience watching. I think that will be a trip, and exciting and motivating all at the same time," he said after his rehearsal. "It will be really interesting to see what kind of reaction the number gets. It's different. It really does have an edge to it." The performance is heavy on leather and chains and includes Lambert dragging a woman across the stage." |
