Brian Mansfield from Idol Chatter has confirmed what I reported this morning, that Danny Gokey's label, RCA Nashville has decided to go with the uptempo "My Best Days Are Ahead of Me" rather than the ballad, "It's Only". How embarrassing, backpedaling after all that "hype" about Lady whatsherface writing the song for him, now they basically realize its a crapfest and go with crapfest number 2. Although It's Only seems a bit better, after 30 seconds of listening to him sing with what appears to be an entire loaf of bread in his mouth while apparently spitting all over the mic in epic proportions, I had to cut it short. |
