I read the entire saga over the past couple weeks. The final book, Breaking Dawn, is easily the biggest crock-of-shit cop-out I've forced myself through in
ages. Like, oh hey, we have this giant vampire vs. vampire war brewing but if we could all just sit down and TALK everything can be resolved. Thank you
Stephenie Meyer for the solution to world peace.
That said, I still want to see the movie version of it to see how they handle the grody pregnancy bits and all the Bella/Edward sex. |
