That's a lot of words for a ghostie!
How about you find that "fair act" you learned in that journalism law class, and show me where it says you can use a persons copywritten material in it's entirety (complete with photos) and copy it from one domain to another with no regard to the terms of service at either website.
I'll wait
Fair Use = No Copyright Infringement = No Illegal Content = Blogspot and Yuku don't give a shit.
Blogspot TOS - Google claims no ownership or control over any Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through Google services
YUKU TOS - You are solely responsible for all Content that you post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Service, or any material or information that you transmit to other Members. You agree to use the Service only to send and receive messages and material that are legal, proper and related to the particular domain on which you are participating.
Well look who forgot to post that "fair use" act he learned in his journalism law class. You won't simply because it clearly states the terms
of when you can use others written material without violating copyright laws. You know copying and pasting FULL blog material without the consent of the owner
is a violation. Post that law in its full content, otherwise you're a liar.
Why would you post that part of yukus TOS? You're just proving anyone who c&p'd their blog should be banned. Poor xlavalium.
YUKU TOS- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party (collectively the "Proprietary Rights"), unless you are the owner of the Proprietary Rights or have the permission of its owner to post such Content;
