So i'm not really much for video games...I lost interest during the Genesis era. However, I was just looking through the stuff that came with my computer like a year back...and there's a disc for this game. I'm torn as to whether I should even put it in and see what it's all about.

On one hand, I have nothing else to do. On the other, I will likely be awful at it. I never could understand how people could play video games without a controller....i'd be using my keyboard I guess? That seems a bit complicated.

Also what if it breaks my computer. That worries me, don;t these type of games slow everything down. Also I believe it's about war, which being a peace loving hippie like myself, I don't believe in.

So yay or nay?

Ok, so I saw the trailer for this and thought it was just making money off of the enw Cloverfield gimmick. Which unfortunately is what I think most people will believe after watching the trailer, here look....







Fair enough, it's looks like a decent horror flick, but probably nothing too amazing. However, I read up on it and came to find out it is based off of a Spanish film called Rec. Which I decided to watch, and it is honestly the most frightening movie I have ever seen. It's not your typical zombie type movie, cause it is in fact so real. With the way the camera is, you honestly feel like you are trapped right along with them. It was insane, and this was watching it over a computer screen, so I imagine in a movie theatre it would be even better. Take a look...but if you're trying to avoid having nightmares you probably shouldn't...








It just gets crazier as the movie winds down. Apparently the American version is gonna be a scene for scene remake of the original, so now i'm actually a bit excited for it. Thoughts/opinions?

Basically, I have a job interview on Friday with a festive company that is all about getting laws passed for the environment. It seems like an ideal job really, being able to sit at a desk all day and being surrounded by fellow hippies...and hopefully some hippie goddesses. And I told the guy over the phone that i'm a vegetarian and he seemed very appeased by that, so I guess I have a good shot.

However, he mentioned that their main focus this year was global warming. I know that involves Al Gore sending the sun down to like burn us all alive or something. But that's really all I know. I could go to wikipedia or some other reliable source, but I figure you all can give me all the info I need.

So tell me friends, what do I need to know about this global warming myth? My future lies in your hands.
