Not released on DVD, and: Spoiler [+] Not represented at all on Season 20. I guess we can maybe add seasons like Guatemala, too. Funny how the absolutely shitty seasons like Cook Islands can survive the test of time. Thank you, Lynne.

Africa, Marquesas, Vanuatu, Guatemala and Panama are all unfairly forgotten.

Marquesas: Neleh, Sean, Zoe, Vee Thailand: Helen, Ted, Brian, Penny Amazon: Deena, Christy, Matthew, Jenna (threepeat), Rob (threepeat) Guatemala: Judd, Rafe, Jamie, Cindy, Gary Pity it didn't play out like that.

The same is possibly true of Guatemala where fan favourite Steph got a second chance. That's why Vanuatu and Thailand are true forgotten seasons, there was no fan favourite that casual viewers (and non-casual too) could root for. There's likable people sure, but not in that regard.

I don't know I would think the casual viewer would remember Queen Ami's reign and Eliza and MAYBE one of Leann/Scout/Twila. The only season I think that is truly forgotten (and for good reason) is Thailand.

That said, in the context of the general audience, I would say the forgotten seasons would be Marquesas (despite having Boston Rob's initial appearance; Jeff hates the season and it's been effectively buried), Thailand (save the people remember they hated it and/or Brian), Vanuatu (probably the most forgettable, even if it's on DVD), Panama (had memorable characters but few memorable events), and Gabon (aside from Sugar).

Gabon had tons and tons of great moments. Gabon should not be forgotten ever. Tocantins should be forgotten. I will never understand why Jeff hated Marquesas... 0_0 Marquesas is brilliant. There were a crap load of people from Marquesas asked for season 20? I can't imagine a crap load.
