They're really scrambling for real-estate story lines. Josh's foray into land was pushed suggested by the producers. The word was probably out, too,
that the producers would pay extra if an agent with a listing called one of the boys to co-list it and give them a story.

I think they usually rent the furniture, but it depends...
Chad is so fucking annoying. "Business first!" Then, he addresses the damned dog more than he addresses the gf. Face it, boy, you just disrespect Madiso because he refused to do you doggy-style. He seems like a child tryinh to play grown-up. |

It's rented from the staging company and in some cases the buyer can negotiate to buy it if they like it. The staging company also rents filler pieces and
art if they need to and I suppose that can be negotiated for purchase as well. That realtor that Chad co-listed with in Corona Del Mar...I met him about 8
years ago. Were I not involved with someone when I met him I would know him a lot better.

I fell in love with Josh this week. His Grandma's story was touching.
Chad makes my skin crawl. Every scene he is in is so staged. Madison is mildly retarded. If he wasn't so pretty, I would really hate him. The man was right about the brick floor. The wood looked so much better. I would never let that dentist put his hands in my mouth. He was so cheesy. If I hear Chad say "Pantages" one more time, I'm going to scream. How has he not been reported for animal cruelty with the way he keeps that rat in the bag so much? |

The dentist guy is creepy. I am seriously afraid of him and I would never let him in my mouth in any way, shape or form.
Chad getting 50% ownership of Starla was hilarious! Everyone at the party was speechless. 
Josh's scenes are the most staged. His whole illness thing--being busy affected his memory??? Whatever. His relationship with his granny is sweet but borders on inappropriate. Their dancing gave me the willies. Madison is...there. |

Madison may be the most "normal" of the three, but man is he a crap real estate agent. He may have done fine when everyone was flush with money and
houses basically sold themselves, but now he should just find another line of work - if I were a potential seller I definitely would not list with him after
seeing this season.

It seems he sells more than the others, maybe because he is a little more realistic? I don't really watch enough to know, but I have seen him do more deals
than the others.
