You know, those chefs who win a lot of individual comps, never seem to win it all.
While I am sure Hosea is an excellent cook and probably a hella nice guy, I just still can't fathom him winning
over Stefan - who won - a lot of individual challenges.
As for casting - I'll take the personality driven cast who cooks well - Spike, Hung, Harold, Carla, Stefan, Fabio, Richard over the less gregarious
chef who is ultra fabulous anytime.
