I was thinking about the previews for and how they are talking about getting rid of somebody untrustworthy or something. Could this just be filler material tacked onto the coming attractions to make it seem like John is gone next time around or did he really, truly just screw his game? -SJ™

Which means Russ knows about that, planned it, and wants all the votes, so that HIS vote after playing his H I I will determine who goes. At this point, he should vote off whoever has the most jury votes. Brett? Monica? Dave? Certainly keep Shambo.

He wants to eliminate any competition; he's said that in a few confessionals. So John would be a logical target at this point if Russell wants to idol someone. But on an Insider clip, Laura said that Galu "knew" Russell had found the 3rd HII.

I think he just screwed his game. I think he actually believes Russell will work with him...even though Russell said John would be number 6. I guess he's got some wishful thinking that some of the other Phoans will work with him for their advantage...that he can switch allegiances back and forth to keep alive and move forward. I think the more interesting aspect of John's move is that it shows most of the guys either don't know or don't care about Russell's complete deviousness and untrustworthiness (Mick and Jaison seem completely oblivious to it) whereas almost all the women have picked up on it and mentioned it.

Would make life at Ponderosa more entertaining and rewarding than another grueling day of lying in the sun and laughing.

Posts: 26 (11/24/09 2:33 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I don't quite understand Dave's thought process or the looks he was giving John. -while he argued they should NOT vote Galu until all Foa were gone he didn't stick to his guns when Monica was the target or when the target was reset on Erik. -he was right there with the rest of Galu in refusing to let Dumbo in on vote plans, effectively letting her know she is not trusted or included in the Galu 90210 Kool Kidz Klub, thereby motivating her to flip Guess it's easier to blame John for what's happening instead of admitting he was too weak or incapable of swaying the group to the course which could have gotten him to final 3. Instead of getting a minor gain in surviving 3 more days but vulnerable throughout the rest of the game with the minority alliance. I'd gamble it all for a chance at the million, which is what i'd be there for. not to go out 5 or 6th or whatever number besides one. If I didn't have a shot at one what does it matter if I go out later or now. Aside from the minor bump in prize money. And that's what John is playing for. That minor bump. Cause with this move i see ABSOLUTELY no doubt about it, no chance at getting to the final 2 or 3 or 4. No way the majority FOA FOA is going to let that majority slip like Galu. They're too smart for that. Why would they bring John anyways? No reason. Sure you could say he'd piss off a few people with that move, but they'd risk pissing of FOA members if they took him, and possibly getting (perhaps undue) credit for making it to the end. And plus the jury is Galu looking to crown a Galu. That would just please them more. Nope no chance whatsoever, so no big gain = pussy scaredycat move.

However, this is Shamu who is not known to follow a logical path so who knows, but it seems John is either the bottom of the Galu 4 or the least trusted of the FF 6 which puts him, again, at the bottom of the Galu 4 -SJ™

I think all the talk about it being an individual game left John hoping those who are 4 and 5 will open their eyes and work with him to change things up. What he does not realize is Russell has fooled all four of them - Nick, Jat, Maison AND Dumbo - into thinking they are the one he will stick with. IMHO Shamu is more likely to follow a straight path at this point...she will follow Russell's lead. But Russell is a loose cannon with allegiance to no one but himself. He has made it clear every alliance he made was for temporary benefit and any moron stupid enough to align with him will get dumped when he thinks they are no longer needed or a threat to him. If Russell comes to perceive Nick, Jat or Maison as threats to possibly get more jury votes than Russell he may use John to help get rid of these perceived threats and John may advance further than 6....John is not likely to get votes from any Galu on the jury. P.S. I know the Foan's names are mixed up, it doesn't matter who they are, they are simply products of Russell seeds, tools to be used when needed and then discarded.
